FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
What size bicycle do I need?
Sizing varies by model and brand. On each product page, click the size guide icon next to the size selector to see our recommended sizing chart for that specific model. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort or sizing down for a more aggressive, performance-oriented fit. Feel free to contact us and we'll help you find the right fit.
Which brands do you carry?
We carry a curated selection of premium cycling brands including Cannondale, Bianchi, Scott, Wilier, Megamo, Pinarello, Giant, Kross, BMC, and Mondraker. Each brand is chosen for its engineering quality, performance credentials, and innovation in road, gravel, mountain, and electric cycling.
I broke my derailleur hanger — where can I get a replacement?
Derailleur hangers are frame-specific. Have your bike's serial number and model name ready, then contact us and we'll help you source the correct replacement hanger for your frame.
How much do your bikes weigh?
Published weights can vary by frame size and component spec, so we don't list a single weight per model. For the most accurate weight, check the individual product page specifications tab, or contact us — we're happy to provide details for a specific size and build.
What is the weight limit for my bike?
Weight limits depend on the frame, fork, and component ratings. Please refer to the owner's manual included with your bike, or check the brand's official support page for model-specific limits. If you need help locating this information, reach out to us.
How can I get information on my suspension fork or rear shock?
Start with the fork or shock manufacturer's website (e.g., Fox, RockShox, DVO). Search for your component's model name and year to find setup guides, recommended air pressures, and service intervals. Many manufacturers also offer setup apps. For bike-specific recommended settings, check the product page on our site or contact us.
Can I replace my rear shock with an aftermarket model?
Full-suspension bikes often use shocks with proprietary tune specifications. An aftermarket shock will fit physically but may not replicate the factory damper tune. We recommend consulting a qualified suspension technician or contacting us before purchasing a replacement shock.
What is the maximum fork travel I can run on my bike?
Fitting a fork with more travel than the frame was designed for will alter the geometry and may stress the frame. As a general rule, stay within ±10mm of the stock axle-to-crown measurement. Check your bike's product page for the intended fork travel, or ask us before making a change.
What is the widest tire I can fit?
Tire clearance varies by model and wheel size. Check the specifications tab on your bike's product page for the maximum tire width. Keep in mind that actual clearance depends on your rim width and the specific tire's measured width, which can vary between manufacturers. When in doubt, contact us with your model and we'll confirm compatibility.
Can I fit fenders to my bike?
Many of our gravel and adventure models have fender mounts. Check the specifications tab on your product page for mounting eyelets. For bikes without dedicated mounts, clip-on or seatstay-mounted fenders are widely available and compatible with most frames.
Can I fit a rack to my bike?
Rack compatibility depends on whether your frame has mounting eyelets. Check the specifications tab on your product page. For frames without eyelets, seatpost-mounted or non-eyelet racks (such as Tailfin or Old Man Mountain) are good alternatives. Contact us if you need help choosing the right option.
Can I fit a dropper post to my bike?
Most modern mountain bike frames support dropper posts. Check your seat tube diameter (listed under specifications on the product page) and whether your frame has internal dropper routing — usually indicated by a small port in the seat tube. Contact us if you need help confirming compatibility for your specific model.
How do I clean my e-bike?
Clean your e-bike with mild soap and water. Avoid high-pressure washers and be careful around the battery charging port and display connections. Wipe down the drivetrain and lubricate the chain after washing. For detailed care instructions, refer to the owner's manual or the brand's support page.
Is my bike compatible with SRAM AXS T-Type?
SRAM T-Type requires a Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH) direct mount. Some newer frames in our range include UDH compatibility — check the specifications tab on your product page or contact us with your model year and frame name for confirmation.
How can I tell if a new component will be compatible with my bike?
Component compatibility depends on standards like bottom bracket shell type, headset diameter, axle standard, and brake mount type. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified mechanic or contacting us before purchasing parts — we're happy to help verify compatibility for your specific frame.
Can I fit a double or triple crankset to my bike?
Most modern bikes from our range are designed for 1x drivetrains and may not have front derailleur mounts or cable guides. Before purchasing a new crankset, check your frame's specifications and consult a mechanic. In many cases, a larger cassette or smaller chainring will give you the gear range you need without a full drivetrain swap.
