We currently ship to France and Germany only.
Processing Time & Order Cutoff
In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM CET (Monday–Friday) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CET or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day. In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Custom-built items (such as hand-built wheels) ship within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Methods and Rates
- France — Standard (3–5 business days): Free
- France — Express (1–2 business days): Free
- Germany — Standard (3–6 business days): Free
- Germany — Express (2–3 business days): Free
Free shipping on all orders to France and Germany. No minimum order required.
Carriers
We ship via Colissimo (France) and DPD (Germany). A tracking number will be sent by email once your order is dispatched.
Customs and Duties
As we ship within the EU, no customs duties or import taxes apply to orders delivered to France or Germany.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please contact support@morfik.store and we will investigate with the carrier.
